Poetry Reflections
The poem I chose is called "The Summer I was Sixteen". This poem is about summer. It tells about all the little things that happen during the summer. It tells of all the great memories of summer break. I think the author wrote it because it reminds people of fun and happy times. The poem makes you want summer, it makes you feel happy.
This poem reminds me of summer (obviously). It reminds me of how nice and warm it is. I thought about how fun it is, and how we have no school. After I read it I really wanted it to be summer. The poem basically describes everything I do during the summer perfectly. After I read it, I just felt so happy.
Hey Lilly! I think you should make your blog a tad bit longer. It was really blunt and not too descriptive.
